What are the Return and Exchange policies?
To exchange your merchandise, you can send it back to Standard Return Address asking through Conquest returns email customerservice@conquest.es
There is a 6.50 charge to use this service. This will € be deducted from your refund. Please note we will waive your Shipping and Handling (S&H) on your new merchandise from the exchange.
Send back the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all guarantees and labels. If you want to exchange your product, we will pay the shipping costs for the new order. Please contact ourService Department for the return address.customerservice@conquest.es.
It is very important that returned product/s are posted in suitable wrapping to prevent damage. If a product does not arrive at our warehouse in its perfect state, due to inappropriate wrapping, the exchange/refund will not be accepted.
All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. Any shipping and handling fees that were paid during an online order are nonrefundable. Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we can only provide the last known value of the item in the form of a merchandise credit.Do not send any additional payment such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. Any additional method of payment will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.
Bear in mind that Conquest.com does not admit consignments with postage due, if there are any changes in touch with costumerservice@conquest.es
